Background
PHOENIX and The Richmond Information Group, Ltd. merged November 1, 2005. Both companies, now known as PHOENIX Business Consulting, are premiere providers of business consulting services and solutions specializing in Infor BPCS® and Infor ERP software. Similar in size, the two companies' client base is complimentary. Additionally, the two companies share similar business management philosophies, markets and employee skill sets.

History
PHOENIX was originally founded in 2000 and headquartered in Western Pennsylvania. PHOENIX's client base encompasses both national and international markets. The company's well rounded portfolio covers the gamut of small manufacturing companies to Fortune 500 enterprises.

THE RICHMOND INFORMATION GROUP (RIG) was founded in 1989 and is located in Richmond, Virginia. RIG began as a technical solutions company serving principally Central Virginia manufacturing companies with supply-chain management, financial, and distribution software systems. In 1998, RIG extended its consulting services to include application consulting.
